Cruz quit in 2022 and joined some band called Lamb Of God.

Winds Of Plague is set to play their first show since 2022 at Louder Than Life 2025 and they've got a very special former member joining them! Winds Of Plague will be joined by former drummer Art Cruz, who quit the band in 2022 to be in Lamb Of God full time (after having previously joined them back in 2019). No word on what Winds Of Plague's full lineup is these days or if they've got more plans, but hey – deathcore is a big deal again and Winds Of Plague were certainly popular back in their day.

"Returning to the Stage for the 1st time since 2018 in the eastern half of the United States, please welcome the reunion of Winds Of Plague!" wrote Louder Than Life organizers. "The California natives are known for fusing crushing deathcore with orchestral grandiosity that has ignited pits on the world’s largest metal stages."
