House Of 1000 Corpses was filmed back in 2003. And now, nearly 23 years after it's release, writer, scorer and director, Rob Zombie of White Zombie, is releasing a tell-all book about the classic horror film on September 16th, 2025 via Insight Editions.
Supposedly encompassing unseen artwork and film stills, sketches of the original concepts, and the original director's script, the 300-odd page book details anything and everything about House of 1000 Corpses.
Telling People that the book was founded out of the realization of how much behind-the-scenes material he had from directing and filming the horror film, that when the 20th anniversary hit back in 2023, Zombie was "finally inspired to put it together."
It's a linear journey, according to Zombie, who says the book takes fans from the very beginning of the conception of the horror film up until the debut of House of 1000 Corpses.
While the film may not have been a box office hit, it did however spark a legion of devoted fans that carry the film with them even 20 years later.
