Friends

YD: I am surrounded by so many amazing friends with diverse styles and backgrounds. They constantly inspire me, and through our mutual respect, we bring happiness to each other’s lives. This philosophy applies to my music as well. Every day, I connect with incredible sounds from all genres (not only HC/Metal), absorbing their essence to the fullest. My friends have taught me the beauty of respecting and learning from the greatness in others.

John: Our friends are our extended family. We invited them to be a part of our songs. David Simonich and I have wanted to work together for a long time. Karl Schubach has always been an inspiration to me and his interest was very humbling. I have also known Myke Terry for a very long time and it was great to finally work together.

Same with Taylor Barber. Watching him grow in the industry has been phenomenal and it's been awesome teaming up. Jesse Leech is an inspiration to so many of us including everyone in this band. It was an absolute honor to have him sing on our song.

Vocalists

John: People like Karl Schubach, Olie Sykes, Sam Carter, Keith Buckley and so many more inspire me to be creative and profound with my lyrics. I want to bring you into my world.

Road of Life

John: We all live different lives and some of our lives have many ups and downs. So I like to use the road of life as a map for how I disguise my metaphors. It's all very sarcastic in a way if you look closely. I try to use elements of stand-up comedy in how I structure the lyrics. The setup of the situation in the scenario and then the close.

My Authentic Self

YD: I believe in expressing music honestly, rooted in my own experiences and emotions. Instead of being swayed by trends, I choose to honor my own musical aesthetics and identity built over the years. I trust that true creativity is born from this authenticity.

Studio Ghibli

YD: The way epic storytelling blends with the music is seamless. I can feel Ghibli's unique world through both the visuals and the sound, and its originality has had a profound influence on me. I can feel the elegance and delicacy of Japan in it, and I strive to reflect that subtle artistic depth in my own music.
