Solo black metal act Blackbraid has unveiled the first glimpse into its forthcoming third studio album, Blackbraid III, with the release of the first single “Wardrums at Dawn on the Day of my Death.”
The video, created by Moshmallows, encapsulates the eerie intensity that has defined Blackbraid’s rise within the modern black metal underground, providing a window into their uncompromising aesthetics.
The full-length album Blackbraid III will arrive independently on August 8, 2025. To support the album, Blackbraid will hit the road for a North American headlining tour later this year.
The trek launches September 19 in San Diego, California, and will wind through the U.S. and Canada before concluding in Los Angeles on October 11. Lamp Of Murmuur and Dödsrit are slated to join the bill as support, with Gudsforladt stepping in for Lamp Of Murmuur on select Canadian dates. Get your tickets here.
